Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Civil Construction Project Engineer in Singapore to support planning, coordination and execution of civil construction projects. The role involves working closely with project teams, site personnel, clients and stakeholders to deliver safely and efficiently.

You will coordinate site matters, prepare progress reports, conduct risk assessments, and ensure work complies with project requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Strong interest in civil construction and project engineering.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with different project stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a project/site-based environment.
• Candidates from other engineering disciplines with relevant skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities for smooth execution.
• Liaise with supervisors, clients, consultants and authorities on-site.
• Prepare project progress reports, claims and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and support risk management.
• Identify risks and recommend risk controls.
• Communicate with clients and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support the team to ensure work complies with requirements and regulations.

Civil Construction Project Engineer

Location: Central-East
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to $4500/month
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

• Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Annual Leave: 10 days

About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Construction Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination and execution of civil construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, site personnel, clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and according to requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities to support the smooth and efficient execution of projects.

• Liaise and coordinate site matters with supervisors, clients, consultants and relevant authorities.

• Prepare project progress reports, claims and other project documentation.

• Conduct risk assessments and support risk management activities.

• Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate risk control measures.

• Communicate with clients and maintain positive working relationships with project stakeholders.

• Support the project team in ensuring works are carried out in accordance with project requirements, safety standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

• Strong interest in civil construction and project engineering.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work effectively with different project stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a project/site-based environment.

• Candidates from other engineering disciplines with relevant technical skills and a strong interest in transitioning into civil construction may also be considered.
