ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects from planning to completion in Singapore.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure safe, high‑quality and on‑time delivery. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree or professional qualification in Civil Engineering, at least 2 years of project management experience in construction, and fluent English for coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in construction.
• MRT/infrastructure project experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English for coordination with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ISO documentation and Singapore safety standards.

Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager

Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: Boon Lay

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday


• 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


• Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams


• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality standards


• Oversee daily site operations and ensure timely project delivery


• Maintain project documentation in compliance with ISO standards


• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations


• Manage subcontractor performance and project resources effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree or Professional qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field


• At least 2 years of project management experience in the construction industry


• Experience in MRT or infrastructure projects is an advantage


• Strong leadership, project planning, and team management skills


• Able to communicate fluently in English for project coordination and stakeholder management


• Knowledge of ISO documentation and Singapore workplace safety standards


• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
