Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a civil engineering professional for a 1-year contract on a government infrastructure project in West Singapore. You will contribute to planning, tendering, contract administration, and on-site supervision, with travel to the project site as required.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and may favor candidates with at least 1 year of relevant project management or site supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Singaporean only; local work eligibility.
• 1 year civil engineering project management or site supervision experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Undertake project planning, budgeting and preparation of technical tender specifications.
• Support the calling, evaluation and award of consultancy and construction tenders.
• Manage consultants undertaking construction management, contract administration and site supervision.
• Monitor project schedules, work progress and expenditure.
• Review progress claims and variation orders.
• Address technical and construction-related matters at the project site.
• Conduct quantitative analysis and track contractors’ programmes of work.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.

Be part of a major government infrastructure project involving civil engineering and land reclamation works. You will gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from planning and tendering to contract administration and construction supervision.

• Gain Govt exposure to major infrastructure and land reclamation projects.
• Salary: Up to$5,000 per month
• Contract: 1-year contract, renewable
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
• Location: West Singapore / Project site
• Working Hour: Office Hour, Mon to Fri
