Job summary

shingda construction pte. ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee and contribute to construction projects in Singapore. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining projects, while coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities on progress and compliance.

The candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Driving licence is an added advantage for this on-site position.

• Manage, design, develop and maintain various scale construction projects in a safe, timely manner.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities on the project status from time to time.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies for technical specifications.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs and provide advice to resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Project implementation involving all authorities applications/submissions, work procedures.
• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities on the project status from time to time.


• Carry out technical and feasibility studies for technical specifications.


• Assess potential risks, materials and costs and provide advice to resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies.


• Project implementation involving all authorities applications/ submissions, work procedures.


• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.


• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.


• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.


• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.


• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.


• Prior working experience in Civil Engineering will be an advantage.


• Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.


• Possession of a valid Class 2 or Class 3 driving licence and access to your own vehicle will be an added advantage.
