Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a Global Automation Machinery Leader to appoint a Lead Civil Works and M&E Projects specialist in Singapore. You will oversee civil and M&E initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and cost control, while maintaining top safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5 years of site and project management experience in construction, with government project experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of site and project management experience in construction.
• Experience with government projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil works and M&E projects to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and compliance with specifications and client requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure progress according to schedule and milestones.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
• Plan and prepare site requirements, permits, approvals, and regulatory documentation; maintain site records and drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders for seamless project execution.

• Lead Civil Works and M&E Projects
  Manage and oversee civil and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Supervise Daily Site Activities
  Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and all project milestones are achieved effectively.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards
  Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring all site personnel adhere to established health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, minimizing workplace risks and incidents.
• Plan and Prepare Site Requirements
  Facilitate the timely submission of permits, approvals, and other regulatory requirements, while preparing site reports, technical documentation, drawings, and project-related records.
• Coordinate with Project Stakeholders
  Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and effective resolution of site-related issues.
