Qualifications

• PE registration or eligibility with Professional Engineers Board is desirable.
• 0-3 years post-graduation experience in civil engineering design or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and Singapore codes.
• Proficient in CAD and engineering design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering solutions for construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities.
• Prepare tender documents, method statements, and as-built plans.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Perform QA/QC on materials and workmanship.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain approvals and permits.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project records.
