Job summary

Kim Hua Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer to lead on-site activities, ensuring safe, efficient execution in line with project requirements and quality standards. You will supervise daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, interpret technical drawings, and help prepare schedules while maintaining safety and quality controls.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with hands-on site experience is preferred; strong

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline with hands-on site experience.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Understanding of local site management, construction methods, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with a hands-on approach to managing site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities per drawings, specs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe site while managing materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for progress and issue resolution.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Review and interpret technical drawings to guide on-site decisions.
• Assist in preparing work schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Implement safety and quality control procedures to maintain compliance.
• Prepare site reports and maintain progress records for quality control and regulatory compliance.
