• 0 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize construction project outcomes and align with company goals.
• Monitor and verify progress of paper documentation and on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct project safety briefings to enforce compliance with safety standards and promote a secure work environment.
• Manage materials ordering and usage to control costs and minimize waste throughout construction phases.
• Supervise construction teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely completion of tasks.
• Drive improvements in work quantity and quality to enhance overall company performance and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all structures are constructed safely and with maximum structural integrity according to engineering specifications.
• Report project status, challenges, and achievements regularly to the Director and Project Manager.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project progress.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and ad hoc tasks as required to support project and organizational needs.
