Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience demonstrating ability to manage site operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants to submit and secure approval for materials and shop drawings per project specs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor site work plans and schedules to achieve milestones.
• Enforce compliance with regulations including environmental and safety standards.
• Prepare permit applications and environmental impact statements.
• Coordinate inspection activities to verify site quality and compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve engineering and technical issues to minimize delays.
• Oversee site safety protocols and execution of site work procedures.
• Monitor subcontractor activities to align with timelines and quality.
• Execute additional duties to support project success.
