Job summary

You will own assigned CIP workstreams across local and overseas projects, coordinating with students, faculty, alumni mentors, and community partners to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with 3-4 years work experience.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong planning, stakeholder engagement and operational process skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and overseas CIP projects and workstreams from planning to follow-up.
• Manage timelines, milestones and stakeholder deliverables with timely follow-up.
• Build relations with students, faculty, alumni mentors, NGOs and partner teams to align requirements.
• Analyse data to support mentor matching, engagement, tracking and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including digital tools and AI applications.
