Singapore Management University is seeking a seasoned programme developer to lead the end-to-end outreach and delivery of the Global Innovation Immersion (GII) China and Rest of World programmes and local internships. The role aligns with RIE2030, tracks metrics, and ensures audit-ready documentation.

You will build internal partnerships, prepare senior-level proposals, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across runs while coordinating student empowerment initiatives and ecosystem

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience in education programmes, innovation ecosystems, or related domains, with senior-level responsibility.
• Strong interest in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, with awareness of key industry trends and ecosystem players.
• Knowledge and experience in experiential learning / talent development programme design and delivery.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, grant administration and financial management principles (including reporting requirements and controls).
• Effective project management and organisational skills—able to plan, track, and deliver multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
• Internal and external stakeholder management skills, with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end outreach strategy, governance, and delivery of GII China and Rest of World programmes and local internships.
• Translate MOE and university priorities into structured programme frameworks and governance.
• Track programme metrics and progress for leadership updates and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement using participant feedback and outcomes data.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with institutional standards.
• Grow and steward internal university partnerships to embed programmes within SMU ecosystem.
• Develop senior-level proposals, partnership plans, and performance updates for key stakeholders.
• Monitor regional and global innovation trends to surface strategic insights and risks.
• Support student innovation clubs through advisory and governance oversight.
• Coordinate student empowerment opportunities and manage talent development programmes.
• Strengthen initiatives such as local internship programmes to widen student engagement.
• Support budget planning and day-to-day financial management across related programmes.
