Job summary

Nanyang Technological University invites applications for a Programme Coordinator to support the Chinese Executive Programmes team at NBS. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term executive training programmes for China‑based companies, coordinate with faculty, handle logistics, procure services, and collect participant feedback to ensure the highest quality of training delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience in programme management,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in programme management or similar.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and spoken communication in English; bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of existing short-term executive training programmes.
Coordinate with faculty members and handle logistics.
Procure services and manage vendor relationships.
Collect and analyse participant feedback and report findings.
Plan events and coordinate activities (orientation, information sessions, opening/closing events, networking).
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and resolve issues.
Monitor quality of training delivery and implement improvements.
