Job summary

You will oversee digital communications for the centre, liaise with industry partners and IHLs, provide secretariat support, and handle confidential data with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, STEM or related field.
• 3–4 years in event management, corporate communications, or industrial liaison roles.
• Experience in IHL or research institute is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with logistics experience.
• Proficiency in website content management and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Event & Workshop Management: plan and execute industrial engagement events, workshops, seminars, and industry visits.
• Digital Communications: manage the centre’s website and update news and events for external audiences.
• Stakeholder & Grant Coordination: liaise with industrial partners and corporate stakeholders.
• Liaise with external Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and industry partners on grant funding matters.
• Secretariat & Administrative Support: support industry-focused meetings and advisory boards, including minutes and reports.
• Information Management: handle confidential data and collaboration agreements with discretion.
