Responsibilities

Coordinate CIP projects and programme workstreams from planning to follow-up.
Manage timelines, milestones and stakeholder deliverables.
Develop effective relationships with students, faculty, alumni mentors, NGOs, social enterprises and host universities.
Support mentor matching based on project requirements.
Analyse alumni and programme data to support tracking and reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements including AI applications.
Plan logistics for CIP launches, mentor sessions and student presentations.
Prepare dashboards and updates for management and donors.
