PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay in Singapore is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for its Chinese Banquet Kitchen. You will oversee mise-en-place quality, help manage staff schedules, and ensure top presentation and freshness across all dishes.

The role requires a 3+ year background in F&B/restaurant service and a Diploma or higher in related field, with opportunities for training, career development, and staff perks including 13th month bonus and dining discounts.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience in F&B/restaurant service preferred for junior executive level.

Aufgaben

• In charge of controlling, examining and tasting food in mise-en-place to ensure consistency.
• Assist and ensures inter-department transfers market lists and staff schedules are prepared on time.
• Maintain high standards in presentation, variety and freshness of all food production.
• Keep restaurant and working areas properly maintained and clean.
• Monitor cost control procedures, recipe development and ordering to ensure freshness of perishables.
• Ensure professional attire and personal hygiene at all times; train and delegate tasks to part-time casual cooks.
