Job summary

LEARNING KIDZ ACADEMY PTE. LTD. in Tampines seeks a Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor to mentor a team of teachers, align standards with SPARKS, and oversee licensing and ECDA CMS processes. You will lead meetings, report to the centre director/manager, and work closely with parents to support children's learning.

This role emphasizes independent leadership, active enrollment efforts, and collaboration with management to drive quality education and child development.

Qualifications

• Must hold Leadership Certificate in early childhood (ADECL).
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of teachers and provide regular feedback for professional development.
• Collaborate with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
• Respond to parents' enquiries and feedback.
• Ensure familiarity with ECDA CMS for enrolment and subsidy applications.
• Align centre standards with SPARKS requirements and licensing.
• Lead the team and report to the centre director/manager.
• Support the management team and contribute to enrollment efforts.
• Conduct frequent meetings with teachers.
• Be passionate, responsible and bubbly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
