Job summary

LEARNING KIDZ ACADEMY PTE. LTD. seeks a Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to mentor a team of teachers and collaborate with parents to address each child's learning needs. You will be responsible for alignment with ECDA CMS processes and SPARKS requirements, including licensing duties.

You will lead meetings, support the management team, and actively participate in enrollments. Located in Ang Mo Kio or Serangoon near MRT, this role requires leadership and a bubbly, responsible approach.

Qualifications

• Leadership Certificate in early childhood - Compulsory (ADECL).
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of teachers, highlight their strengths and provide regular feedbacks for professional development.
• Collaborate and work closely with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs.
• Respond to parents' enquiries and feedbacks.
• Well acquaint with ECDA CMS through children enrollement and subsidy applications.
• Aligned Centre's standards and quality with SPARKS requirement.
• Licensing responsibilities.
• Lead a team and report to the centre director/manager.
• Support management team and work closely with the management.
• Active involvement in enrollment of children.
• Conduct frequent meetings with teachers.
• Demonstrate Passion, Responsibility and Bubbly attitude.

Education
