Job summary

Learning Kidz Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of teachers at our Tampines centre, within walking distance of MRT. You will mentor staff, align with ECDA CMS and SPARKS standards, manage enrollments and licensing, and partner with parents to support children's learning.

Reporting to the centre director, you will conduct frequent meetings, drive enrollment, ensure quality, and maintain a positive, proactive environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership certificate in early childhood required (ADECL)
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership preferred

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of teachers and provide regular feedback for professional development
• Collaborate with parents and teachers to address children's learning needs
• Respond to parents' enquiries and feedback
• Familiarity with ECDA CMS for enrolment and subsidy applications
• Align centre standards with SPARKS requirements and licensing
• Lead a team and report to the centre director/manager
• Support management and participate in enrollment activities
• Be independent and work closely with management
• Conduct frequent meetings with teachers
• Demonstrate passion, responsibility and a bubbly disposition

Education
