Job summary

BUREAU VERITAS BUILDINGS & INFRASTRUCTURE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Architect to lead and oversee architectural works for major construction projects in Singapore.

You will ensure compliance with design specs, project requirements, and safety standards while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. The role requires a degree in architecture, registration with the Board of Architects, and a proven track record in large-scale projects, tunnels and deep excavations, with

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 15 years on projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Extensive experience in architectural works for major buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation projects.
• Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration under PSSCOC.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
