Job summary

Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Architectural Site Supervisor to lead the supervision team for major building construction and fit-out projects in Singapore.

You will monitor ongoing activities, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with project consultants and QPs to resolve design and technical issues. The role requires a degree in Architecture with Board registration and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 8+ years on large

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects and registered.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural experience, with at least 8 years on large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience in architectural and fit-out works for major building construction projects.
• Proven experience leading site supervision teams.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration under PSSCOC.
• Familiar with statutory codes, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural site supervision team for major building construction and fit-out works.
• Monitor, supervise, and inspect construction activities per directions from CAG, QP(S), and project consultants.
• Plan and manage shift rosters based on contractors' schedules while complying with employment regulations and staff welfare.
• Collaborate with QP(D) and QP(S) to resolve design, construction, and technical issues related to temporary and permanent works.
• Administer contracts and supervise project execution in line with PSSCOC.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, QA procedures, and progress reporting.
• Promote and enforce WSH standards and ensure adherence to procedures, manuals, and airport circulars.
• Provide leadership to the supervision team to meet project objectives, quality, and safety.

• Plan and manage shift rosters based on contractors' work schedules while ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations and staff welfare requirements.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration processes, and progress reporting requirements.
• Promote and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and ensure adherence to all applicable procedures, manuals, and airport circulars.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the supervision team to ensure project objectives, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects and currently registered with the Board of Architects.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional, including at least 8 years on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Extensive experience in architectural and fit-out works for major building construction projects.
• Proven experience leading and managing site supervision teams on comparable projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration under PSSCOC.
• Conversant with statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and health standards.
• Familiar with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures, manuals, regulations, and applicable airport circulars.
