Job summary

A corporate finance leader in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to enhance overall financial health and lead strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience and a strong understanding of PRC GAAP, with demonstrated leadership abilities to influence executives and manage investor relations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with robust project management skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 20 years of experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the overall financial health of the company.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HQ policies and requirements.
  • Maintain strong relations with banks and financial institutions.
  • Ensure sufficient funding for operational cash requirements.
  • Ensure the company is in a healthy financial position.
  • Assist the MD/CEO in managing shareholders and investor relations.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible to maintain and enhance the overall financial health of the Company, lead the Company in areas of capital raising and corporate finance, work with Senior Management and initiate and manage in strategic areas of acquisitions and divestments.
  • Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial reporting which are consistent with company accounting policies, PRC GAAP at Group levels to meet HQ reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with HQ policies and requirement.
  • Continuously maintain strong relations with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Ensure sufficient funding to support operational cash requirements.
  • Ensure the company is in healthy financial position with positive cash flow operating activities.
  • In the discharge of such duties and in the exercise of such powers observe and comply with all lawful resolutions, regulations, and directions from time to time made or given by the Managing Director/ CEO and Deputy CEO.
  • Assist the MD/CEO and Deputy CEO in managing shareholders and investor relations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 20 years of experiences
  • Familiarity with PRC GAAP is perferred
  • MNC experience is valuable
  • Strong leadership with ability to influence the Board, executives, and cross-functional teams.
