• Food preparation and cooking to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate and allocate duties within the kitchen to ensure smooth operations
• Fulfill all orders promptly and to expected standards
• Attend to kitchen-related duties such as stock-checking, inventory, and ordering
• Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping standards within the kitchen
• Ensure food is stored, prepared, and presented safely and hygienically
• Uphold high standards of food quality to ensure customer satisfaction
