Job summary

Charterhouse Resources is seeking a skilled cook for an established F&B team in Singapore. The role involves preparing and cooking dishes per recipes, maintaining high quality, and supporting daily kitchen operations in a busy environment.

Successful candidates will have relevant kitchen experience, familiarity with Western/Spanish cuisine, and a strong commitment to food safety. Rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays are required; Singaporeans only.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional kitchen experience.
• Experience in Western and/or Spanish cuisine preferred.
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Willing to work rotating/split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Singaporean citizens only.
