Job summary

FOOD COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD.– Common Man Coffee Roasters in Singapore is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a brunch station in a fast-paced café kitchen. Up to $3,200 SGD monthly, 5 days, 44 hours, with bonus opportunities and staff benefits.

As part of the team, you will prep and cook brunch and seasonal dishes, own your mise en place, and ensure consistent plating while supporting service during peak periods. You will mentor junior staff and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years kitchen experience preferred.
• You know your craft and kitchen basics.
• You can confidently run your station.
• Fast-paced service? Bring it on.
• You care about consistency, quality and presentation.
• You’re a team player who keeps the kitchen moving.

Responsibilities

• Prep & cook brunch and seasonal dishes.
• Take ownership of your station and mise en place.
• Keep every plate consistent and on point.
• Support smooth and efficient service. Work closely with the kitchen team during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation.
• Guide and support junior kitchen team members when needed.
