Job summary

temper. Wine Room & Lounge in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team.

You will prepare and execute menu items, work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, and uphold strict standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation. Qualifications

Has 2–3 years of experience in a similar restaurant role.
Experience in high energy, late night, or live music-driven establishments is an advantage.
Strong culinary skills with attention to detail, quality, and presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and according to temper.’s culinary standards.
Work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations during dinner and late night service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Manage your assigned section and ensure mise en place is prepared for service.
Support and guide junior kitchen team members as required.
Assist with stock management, inventory control, portioning, and minimising food waste.
Contribute to improvement of dishes, recipes, and kitchen processes.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver a consistent and exceptional dining experience.
