BAGUS CUISINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to support our culinary team in delivering memorable meals and high-quality service.

You will manage kitchen tasks under pressure, supervise prep, ensure food safety, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent dish quality. You will also assist across stations, follow Head Chef directions, keep your workstation clean and sanitary, and help with stocktaking and ordering supplies to ensure ingredient availability.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar culinary role.
• Knowledge of culinary trends.
• Knowledge of best practices for kitchen safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen tasks efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment to maintain smooth operations
• Ensure food safety, manage inventory, and incorporate culinary trends to deliver fresh, well-presented dishes that delight customers.
• Plan and supervise food preparation tasks to maintain high-quality standards and timely service
• Collaborate with culinary team members to deliver consistent food quality and excellent service
• Follow directions from the Head Chef to execute menu items accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation to comply with health and safety standards
• Conduct stocktaking and order supplies for your station to ensure ingredient availability
• Adapt food preparation methods based on feedback to improve dish quality
• Assist in other kitchen areas as needed to support overall kitchen function
