You may assist kitchen operations and support packing when needed, while following safety and uniform

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and welcoming demeanor.
• Knowledge of all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail offered.
• Ability to upsell and guide guests to enhance dining experience.
• Maintain table cleanliness and overall dining area presentation.
• Prepare simple dishes or ingredients for kitchen when needed.
• Follow cash handling policies and maintain proper uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest.
• Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant.
• Ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold; adhere to timing standards.
• Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
• Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner and deliver to tables as needed.
• Maintain table cleanliness and assist in keeping restaurant clean and safe.
• Deliver food and beverages to any table; report to property on time in proper uniform.
• Assist Kitchen Department on packing/vacuum packing when necessary.
