Job summary

CAERUS HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef in preparing ingredients and following recipes to ensure top-notch food quality. You will contribute to daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards across stations.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays, with opportunities to grow within the Caerus Holding brands. Work location is at 1 Rochester Park, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inform Head Chef on all relevant information on operational and personal matters.
• Manage and maintain kitchen operation, assist head chef to overlook overall operations including standard.
• Prepare daily basis food requisitions as assigned.
• Maintaining of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
• Perform duties common to position.
• Control cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control.
• Ensure that cost control policies and procedures are followed.
• Report any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
