Job summary

Caerus Holding Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef in preparing ingredients, following recipes and ensuring top-notch food quality. You will help manage kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness and cost controls, and support daily requisitions while ensuring consistent standards across shifts and brands under Caerus Holding.

• Manage and maintain kitchen operation, assist head chef to overlook overall operations including standard
• Prepare daily basis food requisitions as assigned
• Maintaining of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers
• Perform duties common to position
• Control cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control
• Ensure that cost control policies and procedures are followed
• Report any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance
