Cloudstreet, a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant led by Chef Rishi Naleendra, seeks a Chef de Partie to join its modern and innovative kitchen. You will manage daily mise en place, execute recipes with speed, and uphold strict hygiene standards within a warm, immaculate service environment.

We value candidates with 1–3 years in a similar role, strong multitasking ability, good communication, and a culinary diploma. Singaporean applicants preferred; salary and benefits listed below.

Qualifications

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie in a casual restaurant.
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communications skills.
• Food & Hygiene certificate will be an added advantage.
• Only Singaporean.

Responsabilités

• In charge of daily mise en place and ordering for the assigned section.
• Carry out given recipes and instructions with precision and speed.
• Ensure strict health and hygiene practices.
• Clean, organize and take care of kitchen equipment per manuals.
• Receive stock and perform stock rotation.
• Monitor food portions and waste to maintain profit margin.
• Prepare staff meals on a rotational basis.
• Adhere to the schedule set by Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Follow safety precautions in all daily activities.
