Zén in Singapore, a three-Michelin-starred dining destination, seeks a dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join its renowned kitchen. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, maintaining the highest culinary standards while guiding junior chefs and interns.

With at least 1 year in a similar role, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and bring a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a world-class setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Michelin-star experience preferred but not essential.
• Team player who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily food preparation and ensure all tasks meet the restaurant's quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations.
• Supervise and mentor junior chefs and interns to develop their skills.
• Ensure production, preparation, and presentation of food meet the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain operational efficiency by managing food costs and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to food safety standards including storage, sanitation and temperature control.
• Foster a secure and collaborative working environment with clear team communication.
• Continuously assess and improve quality control and service standards.
