Job summary

National University Health System's JurongHealth Campus in Singapore seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service at the campus kitchen.

You will lead a team, manage stock, coordinate events, and ensure proper documentation while following supervisor directions to uphold high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Culinary Skills or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Experience coordinating events and functions is advantageous.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge and Skill set in Western, Chinese and Cold Food will be an added advantage.


• Good knowledge in event/functions coordination.
