ST CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a cook to prepare ingredients, cook dishes and maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen. You will set up stations, check quality, and ensure dishes are plated to presentation standards.

From chopping vegetables to grilling and baking, you will follow sanitation procedures, work as part of a team, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages. Strong communication and stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as cook (at least 1 year).
• Experience using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.).
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Very good communication skills.
• Excellent physical condition and stamina.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.
