Sake Labo Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a hands-on kitchen role at our expanding Japanese beef katsu concept in Singapore.

You will assist in daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety, and support the team during busy periods. We offer a sign-on bonus, staff incentive program, and on-the-job training. Work locations include Raffles City Shopping Centre, One Holland Village and Parkway Parade, with a 44-hour week over five days.

Formación

• Min 2–3 years of kitchen experience.
• Secondary education with O level passes.
• Food safety and hygiene certification.
• Available for weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety.
• Supervise food preparation and manage inventory and stock takes.
• Ensure proper food storage, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Inspect supplier deliveries for quality and train junior staff.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and efficient kitchen environment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and safety standards.
• Supervise food preparation and manage inventory, stock orders, and regular stock takes.
• Ensure proper food storage, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene protocols.
• Inspect supplier deliveries for quality and support junior staff through training and guidance.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and efficient kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. of 2 to 3 years of experience in kitchen setting.
• Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
• Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
