Job summary

GYUKATSU KYOTO KATSUGYU is expanding in Singapore and seeks a restaurant supervisor to oversee daily operations at multiple locations. You will lead staff, monitor inventory, and ensure top service standards across the dining room and kitchen.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, guest interaction, and delivering excellent food and beverage service to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
• Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant activities and operations.
• Manage staff work schedules and inventory.
• Ensure product quality, service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food prep, presentation and storage for safety and health compliance.
• Assist guests with inquiries and handle complaints efficiently.
• Maintain sanitation and safety regulations.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant activities and operations.
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
• Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Standard service duties.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
• Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
• Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
