Job summary

SAKE LABO PTE. LTD. is expanding its hospitality team at Singapore outlets: Raffles City, One Holland Village, and Parkway Parade. This full-time role is a 5-day, 44-hour week with a sign-on bonus and staff incentives. On-the-job training is provided to help you excel in guest service.

You will provide attentive service, present the menu, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction by answering inquiries and making recommendations. Stock control and cleanliness also form part of duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in F&B.
• Food safety and hygiene certificate required.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides smooth and efficient service at the Restaurant ensuring that standards are always met.
• Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences.
• Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests.
• Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay.
• Be familiar with and have good knowledge of the Outlet’s Menu.
• Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies.
• Clears and resets counters or tables.
• Ensures all glasses are well polished.
• Assists in stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record.
• Standard service duties.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry


• Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes


• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred


• Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate


• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
