Job summary

NAGARA AMK PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen support role to maintain hygiene and food safety standards, assist with inventory, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires following company SOPs and rosters including weekends and public holidays, with opportunities for growth toward Outlet Chef for high-potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively in English to support teamwork and operational coordination.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Thai is an advantage as it supports communication with Mandarin speaking stakeholders and Thai-speaking co-workers.
• Previous experience in kitchen service.

• Assist in conducting stock takes, organizing storage, and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere strictly to company SOP

• Follow roster schedules including weekends and Public Holidays
