Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in chartering, a proven track record in fixing and negotiations, and a strong maritime network. Singapore residency is preferred for the Singapore position.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of chartering experience in dry bulk or tanker markets.
• Proven track record in vessel fixing and freight negotiations.
• Strong network within maritime and commodity trading sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily chartering and vessel fixing activities.
• Manage COAs, spot cargo opportunities, and vessel employment strategies.
• Conduct voyage estimations, freight pricing, and commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate charter parties and optimize commercial returns.
• Build and maintain relationships with charterers, traders, brokers, cargo interests and shipowners.
• Monitor market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
