Qualificações

• 5–8 years of chartering/shipbroking experience for Manager level; 8+ years for senior roles.
• Strong knowledge of dry bulk freight markets, charter party terms, laytime, and demurrage calculations.
• Established network within dry bulk/commodity shipping markets.

Responsabilidades

• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize voyage and time charter fixtures with shipowners, brokers, and counterparties.
• Review charter party terms, rider clauses, laycan, freight structure, bunker exposure, port costs, and voyage economics.
• Manage post-fixture execution by monitoring laytime, demurrage/despatch, voyage claims, and coordinating with operations teams.
• Track freight market movements, vessel positioning, cargo opportunities, and trade lane trends to inform commercial decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, brokers, charterers, and internal stakeholders.
