Job summary

Carousell Group is seeking a Channel Growth & Operations Associate to scale our Trade-In business across major platforms and retail partners. You will manage programs across partners like Lazada and Shopee, while collaborating with Carousell platform teams to drive awareness and demand for Trade-In services.

You will play a key role in growing Trade-In adoption through channel management, program execution, and traffic generation initiatives.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience welcome.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

Scale Trade-In programs across partner channels and Carousell platforms.
Propose and execute promotional campaigns to drive adoption.
Identify improvements in customer journey and conversion flow across partners.
Coordinate onboarding and manage relationships with platform and retail partners.
Plan and execute Carousell Ads and platform notifications to drive awareness.
Ensure smooth operation of Trade-In programs across channels and systems.
Track weekly performance and prepare dashboards for stakeholders.
