The role focuses on applying analytics and insights to streamline fulfilment across regions and support Apple's weekly channel fulfilment to resellers. You will independently manage orders and returns per SOP/SLA, lead New Product Introduction configurations, and coach junior analysts while driving KPI improvements and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations, Business or Finance.
• Strong verbal and written communication to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Process Order and Returns Management activities per SOP and SLA.
• Define and lead rollout of New Product Introduction Order Management activities.
• Improve Channel Fulfilment and SOPs across regions and lines of business.
• Drive KPIs by identifying root causes and implementing preventive solutions.
• Support regional/global Capital Improvement Projects and perform UAT.
• Coach and train Channel Fulfilment Analysts.
