Element Biosciences is seeking an experienced Channel Account Manager for Singapore, SEA and ANZ regions, with remote work option based in Singapore. You will manage distributor networks, drive channel sales for Instrument and Consumables, and coordinate post-sales support.

The role requires proven global sales experience with distributors, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Degree in life science or biomedical engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant sales management experience with NGS capital sales preferred.
• Experience with distributors and customer engagement.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; up to 50% travel.

Responsabilités

• Identify, evaluate, develop and maintain negotiations with distribution partners.
• Support distribution sales teams to grow Instrument and Consumable lines.
• Forecast revenue and prepare plans for executive management.
• Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
• Develop training mechanisms for distribution staff in pre/post sales.
• Advocate for distributors and end users within Element.
• Resolve complex problems by coordinating internal resources with partners.
• Maintain pipeline and ensure timely reporting to strengthen management.
• Design strategic plans to improve distributor market sales and marketing in Singapore/SEA.
• Manage daily distributor communications and escalate issues and opportunities.
• Monitor regional competitors and report expansion opportunities.
