Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Singapore seeks a Channel Manager APAC for driving sales of vitamins and carotenoids across APAC through direct and distributor channels. You will manage key accounts, coordinate with SolCo, and lead strategy to grow the distributor network.

You bring 5+ years of B2B sales, APAC exposure, and strong negotiation, with travel willingness to cover the region. This role offers hybrid work and opportunities to influence a global nutrition business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• APAC region experience with distributor-based sales.
• Experience selling vitamins or carotenoids is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of vitamins and carotenoids via accounts and distributors in APAC.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts and distributors, building long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with SolCo distributor and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Develop and execute Distributor Management Strategy for APAC territories.
• Lead commercial and technical discussions including pricing and volume planning.
• Ensure go-to-market strategy execution via distributor partners.
• Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, pricing teams for service reliability.
• Monitor market dynamics, competition, and distributor performance in APAC.
• Identify opportunities for growth and new distributors or portfolio expansion.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
