Based in Singapore, the position is fully remote with 2–4 direct reports and a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will lead annual business planning, evolve go-to-market models across SEA, and monitor distributor performance with regular KPIs.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Biology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia market dynamics and channel partner networks.
• Proven ability to grow revenue via channel partners and engage customers

Responsibilities

• Develop Southeast Asia business plans to drive growth.
• Manage direct customers and channel partners in SEA.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide insights from sales data.
• Engage end customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to generate awareness and demand.
• Provide training and governance to distributor sales teams to ensure brand consistency and policy compliance.
