Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a frontline customer service role at Changi Airport. You will assist passengers, share flight information, and respond to enquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media as part of daily operations.

The role requires good communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for 1 year of frontline experience. Work-life balance with 4 days on, 2 days off, and shift options are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure.
