Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager to lead APAC stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail, and Media. You will partner with business teams to identify challenges, drive digital transformation, and translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, collaborate with regional IT teams, and ensure secure-by-design practices. Strong communication and 5+ years in digital/omnichannel projects are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Digital, Retail, E-Commerce, CRM, or Omnichannel transformation projects.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end technology or business transformation projects in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Digital, Retail, and Media processes.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating needs into functional solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary BRM for Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail, and Media stakeholders across APAC.
• Partner with business teams to understand challenges and support digital transformation.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate into functional specs and user stories.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate with regional/global IT teams to deliver digital and retail solutions.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams for design and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Travel Retail teams across regions to align on global initiatives.
• Drive governance, risk management, and status reporting.
• Ensure applications comply with Secure-by-Design and security standards.
• Oversee incidents, service requests, and enhancements for existing apps.
• Lead audits, compliance reviews, and license assessments.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, systems, and user adoption.
• Manage relationships with Global IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor application performance and drive continuous improvements.
