Job summary

Public Service Division's School of Informatics & IT invites an Assistant Manager to lead industry partnerships and co-develop ICT CET courses. The role involves engaging partners, coordinating with academic staff, and ensuring timely course delivery.

You will promote CET offerings through marketing efforts, deliver lectures and workshops, and track important CET metrics to report progress. A people-focused candidate with strong communication and coordination skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years in ICT and related domains (AI, Analytics, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Preferably 1+ year engaging external stakeholders and industry partners.
• People-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new industry partners to co-develop and co-deliver ICT CET courses.
• Identify and engage new companies needing ICT CET training for their employees.
• Explain ICT CET courses to potential partners.
• Conduct market research on ICT trends and partner needs.
• Support academic staff in CET course development and scheduling.
• Oversee CET adjuncts and administrative tasks.
• Develop and deploy CET marketing materials (social media, events).
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops for ICT CET courses.
• Track CET metrics and generate progress reports.
