Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Lecturer to promote and expand CET training, develop and run marketing and outreach initiatives, and lead digitalisation and process improvements. The role covers operations, administration, business development, and teaching to support adult education.

You will engage with industry partners, manage programme delivery from admissions to assessment, mentor learners, and contribute to school-wide events, ensuring alignment with the division's vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum business or IT qualification.
• Experience in business development and marketing.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and expand CET training programmes and industry partnerships.
• Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to drive awareness and enrolment.
• Manage end-to-end administration of CET programmes and short courses.
• Lead digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver learning, internships, assessment setting and marking for courses.
