Job summary

Aureus Group Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager in Singapore to drive sales, manage daily operations, and mentor staff across centres. You will implement sales strategies, coordinate events, and ensure high customer satisfaction while upholding company standards.

Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will optimize processes, report on performance, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the centres, with weekend work and two weekdays off.

Qualifications

• The candidate has at least 2 years in the related field and 1 year in a team-leader role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to drive sales, lead generation, and centre growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and enrolments through scalable initiatives and campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and event management for the centre.
• Deliver training and mentorship to staff to meet targets.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and staff welfare initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships and uphold high service standards.
• Communicate with management to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Ensure adoption and compliance with the Aureus Curriculum System.
• Document evaluations, development plans, and reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
