Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited seeks an Assistant Centre Manager to run Active Ageing Centre(s) in a sub-region, ensuring smooth operations, governance and service delivery for seniors. You will lead frontline teams, collaborate with partners and funders, and drive programmes that promote joyful living and wellbeing for older adults.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; diploma holders with experience considered.
• Role requires collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Active Ageing Centre(s) within a sub-region.
• Ensure timely evaluation and reporting of centre outcomes to management and funders.
• Mentor and guide team members through learning initiatives and on-the-job training.
• Plan and lead community outreach programmes to promote AACs' offerings.
• Build partnerships with Regional Health System, Community Partners, Volunteers and Grassroots groups.
• Empower active seniors to support other vulnerable seniors in the community.

You will manage an Active Ageing Centre(s) (AAC) within a sub‑region as Assistant Centre Manager. Centre managers may manage a few AAC within a sub‑region. You will also ensure smooth operations of the AAC and work closely with key stakeholders to implement initiatives to inspire, energise and celebrate joyful living for our seniors.

• Oversee daily operations and administrative matters
• Ensure timely evaluation and accurate reporting of centre’s outcomes to the management and funder
• Support and guide team members through formal learning, on‑the‑job learning and mentorship
• Plan and lead community outreach activities/programmes to promote AAC’s programmes
• Build partnerships within the Regional Health System, with Community Partners and Volunteers (including Grassroots), among others
• Empower and develop active seniors to serve other vulnerable seniors in the community

Qualification

• Hold a Masters or Degree in Business Management / Psychology / Gerontology or other relevant fields (Diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered)
• Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Be proficient in Google Suite Applications
